Meagan Corrado, DSW, LCSW (she, her, hers) is a Doctor of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She specializes in work with children, teenagers, young adults, and families who have experienced trauma. For the past 15 years, Dr. Meagan has provided creative therapy to clients as they navigate trauma while also using their strengths to envision a more hopeful future. She incorporates storytelling, art, music, poetry, and play therapy in her clinical practice. She specializes in narrative and expressive arts therapies.
Meagan has completed certificate programs in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, childhood sexual abuse treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy. Dr. Meagan earned her clinical doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and her Masters of Social Services from Bryn Mawr College in 2009. In addition to her therapy practice, Dr. Meagan partners with clinicians and community leaders through her Storiez Trauma Narrative intervention. She also instructs graduate level students at West Chester University and Bryn Mawr College.
Meagan’s typical fee is $200 for individual therapy (50 min); she can work on a flexible sliding scale if needed. Although she only works on a self-pay basis, she is able to provide documentation for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Meagan is accepting clients for teletherapy only.
