DESCRIPTION:Trauma-Focused Psychodrama: Experiential Tools for Post-Traumatic Growth | 6 CE Hours each day – 12 total \n\nFriday March 6th & Saturday March 7th\, 2020 9am – 4pm \n\n\n\nDr. Scott Giacomucci\, DSW\, LCSW\, CTTS\, CET III\, PAT \n524 N. Providence Road Media\, PA 19063 \nCost: $225 ($175 students) – $125 for day one only \n USD\nThis 2-day workshop will present a comprehensive overview to trauma-focused psychodrama with emphasis on post-traumatic growth. We will learn experiential tools for use in groups and individual therapy settings with practice opportunities. Workshop content will include focus on safety\, strengths\, neurobiology\, spirituality\, sociometry\, introductory psychodrama theory\, the addiction/trauma intersection\, psychodrama team roles\, the Therapeutic Spiral Model\, and Relational Trauma Repair Model. A full psychodrama will be included with options for personal growth. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nUnderstand the importance of safety in experiential trauma work\nDescribe how strengths-based work helps establish safety\nIdentify 2 trauma-focused psychodrama models
