SUMMARY:Open House - General Registration & CE Event
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday\, July 18th for our Summer Open House! This event has two registrations\, please register for either our Open House General Registration or Our CE Workshop\, designed for clinical professionals.  If you register for the CE Event\, you will be automatically registered for the General Registration and do not need to complete two Registration Forms.\n \n\nGeneral Registration\n \n\n\nWe invite you to visit our Center anytime between 9AM-1PM.  Come meet our team\, tour the center\, and learn about our offerings.  There will be light refreshments and opportunities to not only network with our team\, but with other local providers. \n \n\nCE Event – Several Seats Now Open\nDuring our Open House\, we will be providing a free 1-hour CE event in our training room.  The CE workshop is from 11AM-12PM.  Seating for the CE portion of this event is limited\, and registration will close once we are at capacity. \nWorkshop Title: Trauma Therapy Throughout the Treatment Continuum: From Inpatient to Outpatient Treatment \nFacilitated by: Dr. Scott Giacomucci\, DSW\, LCSW\, BCD\, CGP\, FAAETS\, TEP \nAbout this Workshop\n\nIntegrating trauma therapy throughout all levels of care can have a substantial impact on both mental health and substance use recovery outcomes.  In this workshop we will look at the connection between trauma therapy and treatment for addiction and mental health and discuss the benefits of introducing trauma therapy at each level of care.  Modifications for each level of care will be discussed to ensure the service provided is following the six trauma-informed care principles.\n \n\nLearning Objectives\n\n\n\nDiscuss how trauma treatment needs to be modified based on level of care\nIdentify the connection between trauma therapy and treatment for addiction and mental health\n\n\n \n\nContact & General Information\nIf you have any questions\, please contact us prior to the event at: support@phoenixtraumacenter.com. \nWe have two parking lots on site\, along with plenty of free on-street parking.  If you have any questions prior to the event\, please contact us at support@phoenixtraumacenter.com \n\nCE Program Policies and Procedures related to Refunds/Cancellations\, Grievances\, and Conflicts of Interest can be found here. \nContinuing Education Information\nContinuing Education (CE) Approval Statements relevant to this workshop: \n\nContinuing Education (CE) Approval Statements relevant to this workshop:\n\nPhoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy\, LLC (Lic. #004115) has been approved as a pre-approved provider of professional continuing education for social workers (Section 47.36)\, Marriage and Family Therapist (Section 48.36) and Professional Counselors (Section 49.36) by the PA State Board of Social Workers\, Marriage & Family Therapists and Professional Counselors.\nPhoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychologists (Lic. # PSY000215) to offer continuing education for psychologists.\nPhoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy\, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider\, ACEP No. 7013.
