Becoming a psychodrama trainer is often an intimidating process as it involves developing curriculums\, marketing events\, managing registration\, and building a training group. Beyond practicing psychodrama in our workshops\, we must be able to facilitate the processing phase of a session (warm-up\, action\, sharing\, then processing) to articulate to students the connections between theory and practice that inform our directing choices. The experiential learning structures include demonstrations of psychodrama and other experiential processes which often include (optional) personal disclosures from participants. While personal growth is often a byproduct of experiential learning in psychodrama\, the primary purpose of this workshop is training.
