Thank you for trusting us with your care. We believe in you and your recovery trauma. We also believe that nobody heals from trauma in isolation and that community is important in recovery. We want to take steps to create opportunities for our clients to connect with each other and build community at the Phoenix Center.  We are committed to your success and want to offer additional tools to integrate into your recovery journey.\n\nOur client workshops will include a series of facilitated exercises to help build connection and relationships between participants. These exercises will be experiential in nature and allow for multiple low-stress opportunities to share with others and learn from others in smaller group settings. The workshop will focus on trauma recovery themes and the importance of cultivating posttraumatic growth. Our hope is that this workshop will help provide a sense of peer support and solidarity in your trauma recovery journey.\n\nYou will also get a chance to connect with our leadership team and share feedback and suggestions for our Center. Providence Road Media\, PA 19063 \n7 CE Hours for NBCC\, and PA social workers\, counselors\, MFTs\, & Psychologists | 7 training hours provided towards experiential and psychodrama certifications. \n  \nAbout the Workshop \nThis psychodrama training workshop will introduce sociometry\, psychodrama\, and group therapy interventions while exploring the impacts of countertransference\, burnout\, and vicarious trauma – which are likely to impact all of us at some point. Most of us choose to become mental health professionals and helpers because of our own experiences of adversity which can be a source of strength and passion\, but also a source of burnout. In this workshop\, we will explore the ways we have learned to make meaning from past adversity and find purpose in our careers. Multiple sociometric and psychodramatic interventions will be taught including concretization\, empty chair\, doubling\, role reversal\, and future projection.
