Free Support Group

Date & Time: 3rd Tuesdays of Every Month

Starts: June 16, 2026

Cost: Free

Location: Virtual/Zoom

Join Meb Carroll, Trauma Therapist, for a free, monthly support group dedicated to helping family and friends of trauma survivors who are currently in therapy. When your loved one is in trauma-focused therapy, their healing extends beyond the therapy room, and it shows up in their home life, workplace, and relationships. As they receive care, you may find yourself unsure of how to best support them or how to care for your own well-being without impacting their treatment. This supportive group is designed to empower you with valuable tools and insights, enabling you to nurture both your loved one’s healing and your own needs while establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries within your relationship.

Our support group is structured to provide:

  • Psychoeducation on the therapeutic process, modalities (such as EMDR, IFS, and Psychodrama), timelines, expectations, etc.
  • A space for you to validate your emotions
  • Coping skills and tools centered around your needs
  • A place to share hope and empathy
  • Information on trauma, therapy, conflict management, communication, emotional regulation, and resources for your own healing
