Frank D LoRiggio, MA, LPC, NCC (he, him, his) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR therapist that has helped many people overcome issues that have negatively impacted their lives and limited their overall health and wellness. He has married his passion for helping others with diligently finding the most effective ways to help people not only recover and bounce back from challenging times but to learn how to thrive in life.

Frank’s grit and ingenuity coupled with his compassionate approach has helped people like you conquer issues that once seemed too overwhelming and difficult. You owe it to yourself to live a life of purpose and meaning.
His experience has included working at a residential and hospital facility as well as different public and private settings for both addiction and mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. Frank has experience facilitating individual, couples/family, and group therapy, with specializations in trauma and addiction. He is certified as a EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA and has completed advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for complex trauma, attachment-focused EMDR, and the addiction specific protocol: Feeling State Addiction Protocol (FSAP).
Additionally, he has presented at the international conference for counseling and counselor education at National Pedagogical University Francisco Morazán in Tegucigalpa, Honduras on the subject of trauma, resilience, and growth. He has also co-presented a full-day training on EMDR and trauma treatment. He belongs to the American Counseling Association and the EMDR International Association. Frank enjoys hiking and being outdoors.

Frank’s typical fee is $200 for individual therapy (50 min); he is able to work on a sliding scale if needed. Although he only works on a self-pay basis, he is able to provide documentation for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
