Not Accepting Clients for Individual Therapy!

Haydn Briggs MSS, LCSW, CET II, CGP (he/him/his) is a psychotherapist focused on addiction recovery and post-traumatic growth with individuals and groups. Haydn practices through an Internal Family Systems framework, employing humor and playfulness as tools for establishing safety and enhancing the therapeutic relationship. He weaves traditional talk-therapy methods with action-based methods to create with clients a therapeutic relationship that is rigorous, compassionate, and joyful. Haydn has completed Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute and is certified in EMDR through EMDRIA.
Haydn has experience providing psychotherapy, clinical services, education, and clinical consultation to individuals and groups in various settings including schools, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), and Sober-Living Programs. He specializes in systemic and experiential work— Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Psychodrama.
As our Group Therapy Services Coordinator, Haydn supports our other therapists and interns in developing and implementing new therapy groups and community support groups at the Phoenix Center. He provides ongoing leadership, consultation, and mentorship focused on group facilitation while also continuing to facilitate groups himself (see more info below).
“With courage, every person can develop the clarity and confidence to confront their challenges and restore wholeness to their lives. In connecting to your inner wisdom you open the door to self-compassion, peace, satisfaction, and transformation. I’m here to help empower you to do that.”
Haydn’s typical fee is $165 for individual therapy (53 min); he is able to work on a sliding scale if needed. Although he only works on a self-pay basis, he is able to provide documentation for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
