“I see myself as a partner in your healing work. My mission is to co-create a space with you in which we can safely explore and attend to your past and present challenges. My role in this space is to help you reconnect to your inherent wisdom, using experiential methods and techniques culled from a variety of therapeutic modalities. This reconnection to one’s self is at the heart of transformative healing. I see myself as a “fellow traveler” on your journey, here to walk with and support you through the pain and joy that lines the road towards reconnection with your innermost self. Just as trauma occurs via relationships, healing happens in relationships, too. As we walk this road together, the therapeutic relationship can become a site of profound healing that extends into all areas of your life. I look forward to creating this space with you.”
