Date & Time: This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM.
Group begins on May 1st, 2024, and ends on June 26th, 2024.

Location: In-person group at the Phoenix Trauma Center- 524 N. Providence Road, Media, PA 19063

Cost: $70 per session (sliding scale available).

Description:

This group will allow participants to cultivate emotional resilience in a supportive, welcoming space. We will spend our time together exploring creativity to connect with your strengths and discover pathways for healing. Visual arts, writing, sculpting, and drama therapy prompts will be offered to tap into internal resources and grow from adverse experiences. Individuals interested and curious about art are encouraged to apply.  No artistic experience, talent, or ability is required. All materials will be provided.

About Danielle

Danielle McGrogan, MSW, LSW, CET II (she/her/hers) is a holistic, relational, trauma-focused therapist. Danielle connects with clients through authenticity, curiosity and warmth. She works collaboratively and trusts clients as the experts of their own experiences. As a Certified Experiential Therapist, Danielle weaves psychodrama and expressive arts techniques in sessions to gently guide clients as they explore, heal, and discover a balanced way of being. Rooted in intersectionality, Danielle celebrates clients who identify part of LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, and religious minority communities, and invites all parts of clients into the group space.
