Introduction to Experiential Trauma Therapy

This experiential workshop will present an overview of experiential trauma therapy with a focus on action-based clinical interventions that move the process beyond words and talking. The importance of safety and a strengths-based approach will be highlighted as it relates to both group work and individual therapy. Group based sociometric and psychodramatic techniques will be demonstrated for teaching purposes and to engage participants with each other.
