All workshop participants are responsible for keeping track of their certificates of attendance and workshop participation. In the event that you have lost your certificate, you can email us to request replacement of a missing certificate. For requests of a single certificate, there won’t be a cost associated (one per year).

For requests of two to five replacement certificates in a calendar year, a $50 administrative fee will be applied. For quick turnaround requests with a deadline within 1-5 business days an expedited fee of $100 will be applied.

For requests for 5+ replacement certificates in a calendar year, a $100 administrative fee will be applied. For quick turnaround requests with a deadline within 1-5 business days an expedited fee of $200 will be applied.

Most inquiries are responded to within a week, please allow 2–3-week processing time, which is dependent of the size of your request and current availability of our admin team.
