About this Workshop
This workshop is an expression of gratitude for you, our clients. Thank you for trusting us with your care. We believe in you and your recovery trauma. We also believe that nobody heals from trauma in isolation and that community is important in recovery. So we want to take steps to create opportunities for our clients to connect with each other and build community at the Phoenix Center. We are committed to your success and want to offer additional tools to integrate into your recovery journey.
This workshop will include a series of facilitated exercises to help build connection and relationships between participants. These exercises will be experiential in nature and allow for multiple low-stress opportunities to share with others and learn from others in smaller group settings. The workshop will focus on trauma recovery themes and the importance of cultivating posttraumatic growth. Our hope is that this workshop will help provide a sense of peer support and solidarity in your trauma recovery journey.
You will also get a chance to connect with our leadership team and share feedback and suggestions for our Center. We hope you can join us!
This event is only for Phoenix Center clients currently working with a therapist (individual, couples, family, and group therapy).
