Join us for a 1-hour webinar exploring somatic tools to help regulate emotions, calm stress response, and gently activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Drawing from trauma-informed yoga and body based therapeutic practices, this workshop will introduce practical, accessible techniques you can use for grounding, settling, and self-care.
