This workshop will present psychodrama’s theory of personality – role theory. Role theory will be presented in action through personal assessments, group sociometry, and psychodrama. Participants will learn to conceptualize and intervene in clinical cases through role theory with its simplified, non-pathologizing approach that integrates the biopsychosocial experience. Role development and role types will also be presented as outlined in Jacob Moreno’s psychodrama philosophy. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore their own role diagram and develop/enhance a vision for their self in the future.
