This 2-day workshop will present a comprehensive overview to trauma-focused psychodrama with emphasis on post-traumatic growth. We will learn experiential tools for use in groups and individual therapy settings with practice opportunities. Workshop content will include focus on safety, strengths, neurobiology, spirituality, sociometry, introductory psychodrama theory, the addiction/trauma intersection, psychodrama team roles, the Therapeutic Spiral Model, and Relational Trauma Repair Model. A full psychodrama will be included with options for personal growth.
