Trauma-informed leadership is increasingly gaining momentum as a crucial aspect of effective leadership. It emphasizes understanding the impact of trauma on individuals and implementing practices that promote safety, cooperation and trust, transparency and resilience for both staff members and community members receiving services, whether commercial, educational, or voluntary.
Together with Scott Giacomucci and Asociatia Beyond, we decided to create this online experiential workshop in order to share the principles of trauma-informed leadership and provide practical tools through which this leadership style can be implemented and create an impact both at the organizational level and in the communities of those who join us.

Stilul de leadership bazat pe cunoasterea traumei câștigă tot mai mult teren ca aspect crucial al unei conduceri eficiente. Acesta pune accentul pe înțelegerea impactului traumei asupra indivizilor și pe implementarea unor practici care promovează medii de interactiune securizante, cooperare si incredere, transparenta, reziliența atât pentru membrii personalului, cât și pentru membrii comunității care beneficiază de servicii, fie acestea de natura comerciala, educationala sau voluntariat.
Impreuna cu Scott Giacomucci, și Asociatia Beyond am decis sa cream acest atelier de lucru experiential , online, in cadrul caruia sa detaliem principiile leadershipului bazat pe cunoasterea traumei si sa oferim instrumente practice prin care acest stil de leadership sa produca efecte la atat nivel de organizatii cat si in comunitatile celor ce ni se vor alatura.
