The Phoenix Center Leadership Team is committed to ensuring all services, from intake to discharge, are trauma-informed, client focused, and delivered with a high level of integrity. The leadership team, along with our clinical team and interns, developed six core values that guide our clinical practices, policies, and procedures. Each member of the leadership team contributes to ongoing integration of these values and aims to ensure each client, our community members, and workshop attendees receive high quality care and education.
