Rebecca brings a warm, thoughtful, and relational approach to her work, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own lived experience.

Her areas of interest include perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss and birth trauma, attachment, parenting, and complex trauma. She is also deeply interested in religious trauma and spiritual development, supporting clients as they navigate identity, meaning-making, and healing within and beyond faith systems.
