Personal Growth Workshops: Exploring Religious Wounds
If you’ve been hurt by a religious or spiritual experience, perhaps through harmful beliefs, spiritual authority, or the loss of a once-trusted community, you’re not alone. You may be carrying wounds that have impacted your sense of self, safety, and belonging. This workshop is a place to begin, or deepen, your healing journey, supported by others who understand.
In these trauma-informed workshops, you’ll be gently guided to explore the roots of religious trauma and spiritual harm, reconnect with your inner voice, and begin to reclaim your agency. Through mindfulness, body-based practices, creative expression, and compassionate witnessing, we’ll make space for your story, without judgment or pressure to believe or heal in any particular way.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, tools for grounding and self-trust, and a deeper connection to your own inner wisdom. This is a sacred space for rediscovering what feels meaningful, safe, and sacred, on your own terms.
Each 4-hour session invites you to connect with others on a similar journey and begin writing a new story rooted in self-trust and post-traumatic growth.
These workshops are religiously neutral and participants from all faith backgrounds and religious/spiritual experiences are welcome.
