
Looking for community, connection, and peer support to supplement your individual or group psychotherapy? This community group is a space for people to meet, connect, and grow beyond their trauma together using active listening, encouragement, feedback, and shared experiences.
This group meets weekly but operates within a “drop-in” format. You may attend once, twice, regularly, or irregularly.

Yes, we ask for a one-time registration to ensure this group is appropriate for you. Once you are registered, you will have the link to join any week you would like.
Yes, one of our clinical interns leads the group.
We usually have anywhere from five-twelve members log on each session, though some sessions may be higher or lower, and it just depends on the week.
This group focuses on growth after trauma. While some sharing does occur, a support group is largely supported by other peers, and we would recommend either individual therapy or a therapy group for deeper trauma work.
