IFS Workshop Series:

The Internal Family Systems approach to therapy offers a model that supports clients and therapists alike. IFS provides a framework for developing an understanding of, and relationship with, our internal worlds with genuine curiosity, acceptance and compassion. In this two-part workshop series, we will introduce the model and learn how to begin integrating IFS with your current practices. We will also explore therapists parts and learn to draw on the qualities of Self energy as a resource in the therapeutic relationship.

This two-part, in-person, series is designed to be taken together. However, each workshop can be taken individually.

Part 1 (August 2, 2025)

This workshop will offer applicable ways to begin integrating and using the foundational tenets of IFS with your current approaches in therapy. Learning will be both didactic and experiential, including engaging exercises. Participants with little knowledge, as well as those with basic knowledge of IFS will benefit from this workshop.
