Women's Expressive Arts Therapy Group

Ongoing Women’s Expressive Arts Group:

This group is for women, ages 18 and older who are interested in deepening their connection with themselves, strengthening their voice, and building meaningful connections with others. Together, we will create a supportive space where women can learn, grow, share experiences, and connect with one another.

Whether you are seeking greater self-understanding, deeper connection, renewed confidence, or a creative space for exploration, you are welcome here. This group will center expressive arts and somatic practices as supportive tools for self-exploration and healing, with an emphasis on curiosity, choice, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Many women find themselves at different points in life reflecting on questions such as: Who am I today? What matters most to me? What do I want to cultivate in this stage of my life? These reflections can arise through life transitions, personal growth, changing roles, or a desire for greater self-understanding and connection.

Life experiences including challenges, transitions, loss, adversity, or trauma, can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through different stages of life. As we grow and change, relationships also naturally evolve. Friendships, family connections, partnerships, and communities may shift over time, sometimes inviting reflection on what feels meaningful, supportive, and aligned for us now. While these experiences and changes may influence our journey, they do not define who we are or who we can become. Growth can include discovering new parts of ourselves, reconnecting with what matters most, and building a stronger sense of confidence, purpose, authenticity, and connection with others.

This group welcomes women from all cultural backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. We honor the many ways culture, family, and life experiences shape identity, voice, and belonging, and we value learning from one another through shared exploration.
