Prior to that she has served as a grief facilitator and as a volunteer in a shelter for victims of interpersonal violence. “Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.” – Rumi

“As you face life’s challenges and work to heal from trauma, we will work together to identify and hold on to the things in your life that support you. We will get to know your strengths, your self-knowledge, and your healthy relationships and use these as a springboard for healing. In time, and when you are ready, we will work together to let go of what holds you back and no longer serves you. You’ll learn how to release burdens like shame, fear and anxiety. We create an emotionally safe space to discover this balance so that you can lead your life from a place of inner freedom, harmony and purpose.”

Lauren’s typical fee is $165 for individual therapy (53 min); she can work on a flexible sliding scale if needed. Although she only works on a self-pay basis, she is able to provide documentation for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
