“My favorite thing about counseling relationships is the opportunity to help others grow and learn more about themselves in the process. I believe everyone is capable of change and every client is the expert on their own lives. Each person has the ability and the tools inside them to grow and connect with others and change whatever they feel needs to change in their life. I come from a warm, empathetic approach and will take therapy at whatever pace you need. I also offer a spiritual approach to counseling for those that are interested in learning more about having a higher power or spirituality. I am open and willing to work with you and I look forward to seeing you soon!

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers

Liz’s typical fee is $85 for individual therapy (53 min); she can work on a flexible sliding scale if needed.
