Not Accepting New Clients at This Time!

Hannah Tighe (she, her, hers) graduated from Temple University with a BA in Psychology and is currently completing her last year of her Master’s program in clinical social work at Bryn Mawr College. She is a certified Gestalt Life Coach, is working towards her Positive Intelligence training certification, and has been an assistant at the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center for the past 4 years.

Her deepest wish is to help her clients find their own path towards healing, peace, and inner knowing. She uses an empowering and empathetic approach (with a definitive dash of humor) to create a safe space for clients to experiment and explore the healing wisdom within, so they may mindfully navigate through trauma, loss, anxiety, and transitions in life with grace and strength.

After her own powerful personal trauma healing experience working with a Gestalt therapist, she dedicated her life to helping others experience healing from past trauma while expanding compassion for and within themselves.

Hannah is open to serving people from all communities and backgrounds, and welcomes the opportunity to work with you. She finds joy in working with adults, including those who are young and going through life transitions.

Her approach is heart-centered and includes Gestalt, Somatic Connection, IFS, Self-Compassion, as well as many others. Her fierce approach to advocating for her clients and eagerness to learn allow her to provide a range of techniques that may be customized to meet each client’s needs. Through her previous social work practicum, she incorporated her knowledge of DBT, and IFS into her work and is now pursuing certification in EMDR to provide clients with the tools and options they need to heal.

Hannah’s typical fee is $85 for individual therapy (53 min); she can work on a flexible sliding scale if needed.
