Sexual trauma has the distinct capacity to rob us of our ability to think, feel, and embody our truest selves. Oftentimes, society and the people we love are not supportive of our healing journey, which can cause additional damage. This 8-week group is focused on our ability to feel safe and establish trust through coping skills, resourcing, and enhancing our sense of community.

We offer a safe and supportive space to grow with group members and therapists through your healing journey. We hope to empower the group as a whole and help each of you learn to unburden yourselves from the symptoms of trauma and find more meaning and pleasure in your daily lives.

This group will have the opportunity to continue per participant interest.
